Are officers available upon request?
Yes, our officers are available for dispatch at any time of the day. Please allow for a 1-hour response time. (On-demand officer fee applies.)
Is your company licensed and insured?
We are licensed, bonded, and insured in every state we do business. Our officers are trained, certified, and approved by the State Police.
Do I have to be a business to book an officer?
No, we have 2 separate departments each specializing in the Commercial and Private sectors. No matter how small the request, we will try to accommodate.
What is the new Shared Patrol?
Mobile Patrol has always been a service we offer, but since the emergence of COVID-19, businesses who normally wouldn’t have a budget or need for a security officer are looking for a reasonable solution to have someone perform building and door checks.
What we offer to businesses within a certain region is a mobile patrol officer who conducts a business check every hour. We split the cost of the officer with dozens of businesses in the area to keep the cost down.

Do you provide Secret Shopping / Bar Spotting?
Our Investigative Division has a team of experienced Secret Shoppers in the Retail and Hospitality space. From retail purchasing to dine-in investigations to bar spotting, we have experienced investigators who have managed in each of the fields to ensure complete knowledge of the business.
Can you provide security for a construction site?
Yes. We have provided construction site security for some of the largest investors/general contractors in the business. Access control and maintaining safety conditions are paramount to our mission while on site. We use Silvertrac Reporting and Tour Patrol Systems as our patrol database. We also use FC Jobsite as access control to badge and account for all employees on site.
Can you provide security for a hotel / hospitality venue?
Yes. Providing security for fine hotels is one of our specialties. Professionalism and image within this type of venue is paramount. We represent the image of the client. Jacket and tie security with pleasant and accommodating service ensuring the guests feel secure and serviced.
